In early childhood, Duane Bradley was surgically separated from his Siamese twin, Belial, a creature with little more than a head and two powerful arms. Duane, who looks normal, carries his brother around in a basket, and after murdering the people responsible for their surgery, the brothers become wanted fugitives and are given safe haven by Granny Ruth, who cares for a number of freaks she calls “unique individuals.” Belial is attracted to Eve, a freak similar to him, and they make love. Sensing Belial’s love for Eve as the two freaks make love in another room, Duane asks Granny Ruth’s seemingly normal daughter, Susan, to be his girl friend. Susan reveals that she has been pregnant for the past six years, and a crocodile-like creature emerges from her stomach to show itself, then returns inside.
